New Year’s Day minibus collision sees fire crew called out

A minibus and car collided in the early hours of New Year’s Day in Preston.


A crew from Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service attended the incident on Fir Trees Avenue, Ribbleton.

A spokeswoman from the fire service said a number of people were treated by paramedics at the scene. No one was trapped in the vehicles.

The incident took place around 1.41 am.
