A rural Preston pub is to be brought back into use after more than five years falling into ruin.

The Cross Keys are Whitechapel is being rennovated by John Holden who has applied for a premises licence.

He wants to be able to serve alcohol from 10am to midnight on every day of the week.

The pub would also be able to hold live music events and play recorded music.

Anyone wishing to comment on the licensing application must do so by Wednesday 26 November
