Poppy Appeal collection box stolen from Preston cafe

A Poppy collection box has been stolen from a city centre cafe.

Winckleys cafe bar on Winckley Street has reported its Poppy Appeal charity tin has been pinched.

Funds from the sale of poppies go to the Royal British Legion.

Preston Police are looking into the matter.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101.
