A house in Lea is turning on its Christmas Lights on Monday and hopes to raise more than £1,000 for a local hospice.

Kathryn Rice and her partner Alan Partridge have been kitting out their home in festive fashion for the last 17 years.

For the last four years they’ve turned the lights into a way to raise cash for charity.

The light show starts around 4.30pm on Monday 1 December and runs until 10pm each night until around early January.

Donations from those going to see the lights at 61 Parkside go towards St Catherine’s Hospice.
