Police are appealing for information after a collision near Preston in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Preston New Road, A675, near Samlesbury, was closed in both directions for three hours following the incident.
A 24 year old driver of a Renault Clio was treated at Royal Preston Hospital for whiplash, cuts and bruises after the smash on 12.35am on Saturday.
Sergeant Finn Quainton of the Road Policing Team said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have seen the vehicle in the area just prior to the incident or anyone who may have witnessed the collision to get in touch with police on 101 quoting log number 0053 of 18th October, to help us with our enquiries.”
