Autumn Sky Ride takes place at UCLan Sports Arena on Sunday

The Preston sky ride is open to riders of all abilities

An Autumnal cycle ride through the Preston countryside takes place on Sunday.

The Sky Ride sets off from the UCLan Sports Arena and takes you on a 21 mile route through the Fylde’s villages.

It includes a stop off at the Bonds Ice Cream Shop in Elswick.

The tours are guided by a British Cycling trained leader and are free to take part in. Children aged 11 and over are welcome as long as accompanied by an adult.

Anyone wishing to take part needs to register online at the Goskyride website.

The ride starts at 9am and is expected to be finished by 12.30pm on Sunday 2 November.
