Preston’s fringe festival is on the lookout for new talent.
AdvertisementThe Preston Tringe is celebrating its fifth year in October and wants to see other new acts performing.
Sam Buist, festival founder, said: “Preston Tringe is an exciting mix of drama, comedy, dance, music, magic and more, performed in various venues across Preston.
“It’s a free to enter, open-access performance festival that runs in a range of accessible locations in Preston City Centre.
“We offer a flexible outlet to perform at a ‘fringe-style’ festival and regularly attract acts who use it as a warm up for other performance festivals they enter or as a test-bed for new material.”
In 2013 the festival had more than 50 acts on the books.
The festival runs from Friday 10 October to Saturday 18 October.
Anyone who wants to perform or volunteer for the festival should visit the Tringe website or email info@prestontringe.com
