A free cycling event takes place in Preston on Sunday.
AdvertisementThe Skyride is a guided cycling tour taking in the popular Guild Wheel route.
The 21 mile circular route gives you a tour of the countryside around the city with some fantastic views.
It’s classed as a challenging route so is only suitable for ages 11+ with an adult.
A British Cycling trained leader takes the lead for the ride which is expected to take around two hours to complete.
You need your own bike to attend the ride and must book in advance via the Skyride website. There are only a limited number of places available.
The starting point is the UCLan Sports Arena on Tom Benson Way, Ingol, at 10am on Sunday 5 October.
