DS Mark Burns of Preston Police said: “Our investigation into this incident is still on-going and we have re-issued this CCTV image in the hope that someone recognises the man pictured.

“As we made clear when we originally released this image in March last year, the man pictured may be completely unconnected to this incident but we are still keen to trace him so we can eliminate him from our enquiries.

“I would appeal to anybody who may have any information that could assist with our investigation to come forward.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting crime reference number DA1203955.

People with information can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or on-line at Crimestoppers-uk.org. No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.
