A battering ram was used on one property to force the door

Seven people have been charged by police following drugs raids across Preston on Wednesday.

Police raided 13 addresses across the city, plus homes in Penwortham and Bamber Bridge, as part of Operation Nemesis.

All seven have been charged with conspiring to supply class A drugs – crack cocaine and heroin.

Those charged are:
Ryan Malik, 27, of Henderson Street, Preston
Ainsley Cox, 21, of Avenham Terrace, Preston
John Hope, 26, of Worsley Road, Preston
Denise Bradley, 45, of Derby Square, Preston
Reece Connor, 18, of Cemetery Road, Preston
Shaun Abbott, 22, of Walnutwood Avenue, Bamber Bridge A 16 year old boy from Preston, who cannot be named for legal reasons

Ryan Malik, Ainsley Cox, Denise Bradley, Shaun Abbott and the 16-year-old boy have also been charged with money laundering

John Hope has also been charged with being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of class B cannabis.

All seven were due to appear at Preston Magistrates court this morning.
