The operators of the cafe now want to host late night events.

Currently the cafe, operated by Tribourne Catering Services Ltd, can currently open until 11pm.

Now an application has been lodged to amend its licensing hours to be 10am to 1am seven days a week.

It’s part of a push to boost events at the Pavilion, which cost £1.3 million to build, and is licensed to host weddings among other events.

Anyone wishing to comment on the application should do so by emailing licensing@preston.gov.uk by Monday 13 October.
