Preston park and ride fares to increase

Preston Bus have announced an increase in the fare charged for their Park & Ride service.

The off peak bus fare will increase by 10p from Monday 1 September 2014.

After 9.30am during the week and all day Saturday the adult day return fare will be £1.40. The cost of the off peak Saver Strip will also increase to reflect the new fare, from £11.70 to £12.60.

All other fares, including the 60p child day return, £2.50 adult peak return and £3.00 group travel ticket remain unchanged.

Preston Bus has 810 car parking spaces at Walton-le-Dale, situated next to the Capitol Centre, and 390 car parking spaces at Port Way near to the Riversway Docklands area.
