One of the groups involved in the campaign to save Preston’s Bus Station will speak at an event in Manchester.

Gate 81 is an arts project which supported the listing of the building which is now due to be rennovated by Lancashire County Council.

Sally Stone from the project talks at the Manchester Modernist Society and Modernist Magazine event at Manchester Central Library.

She will outline the art produced and the alternative ideas for usage of the building the group came up with.

Tuickets are £5 and the event takes place on Thursday 4 December from 6pm to 7.30pm.

Registration is via Eventbrite.
