Glastonburrows is hosted by the Burrows family in Leyland on Saturday 5 July and the party continues at Roper Hall on Sunday 6 July.

Running from 4pm until late there will be a DJ set from resident DJ Shaun Guest – including the likes of the Rolling Stones, The Jam and Arctic Monkeys.

Live music is also taking place inside Roper, on Friargate, with local bands performing until 9pm when Professor Craig takes over.

A BBQ is also taking place outside with hot dogs, burgers and more on offer next to a real ale bar.

Shaun Guest said: “We are expecting a full house of festival goers for our Roper Rocks event. What more could you want? Great entertainment, a fresh BBQ served with local real ales, and all to raise money for Variety, the Children’s Charity.”

Entry is free and families are welcome until 8pm.
