July issue of Preston Magazine is launched

The latest issue of the Preston Magazine has been released across Preston.

It is a monthly dose of local history and community news for the city and Penwortham.

The July edition includes the story of Old Betty Redhead who was a notable Preston character in the late 18th century.

Plus the diaries of the men who fought in the First World War continues, an emotional read.
