Erasure will be touring the UK in 2014 to promote the release of their brand new studio album ‘The Violet Flame’ which be released in September.
The band, that features Vince Clarke and Andy Bell, will be coming to Preston’s Guild Hall in November.
Many venues on the nationwide tour have sold out already.
The award-winning song writing duo have been bashing out electro pop tunes for over 30 years including ‘A Little Respect’, ‘Who Needs Love (Like That)’ ‘Love To Hate You’, ‘Sometimes’, ‘Victim Of Love’, ‘Chains Of Love’and ‘Blue Savannah’.
The world tour finishes with a show in Las Vegas on Hallowe’en, and then a couple of shows at New York’s Terminal 5.
The band has recently revealed the cover artwork for their new album ‘The Violet Flame’ which will be released on 22 September. The first single from the 10-track album will be released this month.
