Preston’s annual Caribbean Carnival took over the city centre streets for the 40th time.
Celebrating the ruby anniversary in the sunshine there were hundreds of performers in dazzling costumes.
Many of our readers have been out enjoying the good weather and fabulous entertainment,.
Both on the parade route which started on Moor Park and did a circuit through the city and back there – and on Moor Park itself where the carnival continues until late on Sunday evening.
