Architects, building surveyors and town planing practice, Cassidy + Ashton, promoted four of its staff to Associate positions.
 
Long standing employees, architect Dan Brown, surveyor Jason Short and technicians Neil Dermott and Ian Woods were all promoted in recognition of their excellent performance in their respective fields.
 
In their roles the newly promoted Associates will look to liaise with clients, secure planning permission, develop briefs and manage project delivery. Pushing the business forward.
 
Alistair Baines, chairman at Cassidy + Ashton, said: “Each of the new Associates have brought a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the business and were promoted in recognition of their hard work and commitment to the Practice over many years.
 
“The promotions demonstrate our commitment to progressing staff members and our continued dedication to recruiting and retaining the very best talent.”

Cassidy + Ashton, established 50 years ago, are one of the largest practices in the region. The firm has offices in Preston and is experienced in a wide range of sectors including education, housing, defence, retail and historical buildings.
 
They have worked on a range of well-known Preston buildings including the Lancashire Evening Post head offices, UCLan’s faculty of dentistry and the £43m new Spar distribution centre at Preston East.
