Police appeal as missing Lostock Hall man could be in Preston

Lancashire police have sent out an appeal to trace a missing man.

Rod Smith, 67, of Lostock Hall was last seen at the Anchor Public House, Croston Road, Lostock Hall at about 10am on 21 June.

Police think he may have traveled to Preston.

Mr Smith is described as white, five ft 8ins, slim, with short black hair and a tanned complexion. He was last seen wearing a pale green shirt, smart black trousers, and a thin blue jacket. He also wears a gold sovereign ring on his right hand.

Sgt Martin Hulme, of Preston Police, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Rod and I would appeal for anyone who sees him or knows where he might be to get in touch. I would also appeal to Roderick himself to contact us if he sees this appeal to let us know he is safe.”

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting log number 0536 of June 26th.

If you have any information at all about Rod then please contact the Police immediately.
