Winckley Square is about to be transformed for two days of food and entertainment.

“Winckley Square, Winckley Street, Guildhall Street, Cannon Street and Cross Street will be thriving and full of colour, music and people and will be alive into the evening for people to enjoy food and drinks.
“The weekend will really highlight the assets of the Winckley area and show off the potential, showcasing an eclectic mix of traders and professional services ahead of the areas upcoming major improvements.”
The council has also hired a giant sun bird to take over the Square, measuring 4m high with a 5m wingspan it will soar above the crowds.
