Children’s entertainer Alan Horne is to be behind the controls.

It’s free to attend and children can pet the dinosaur if they feel brave enough.

Markets manager Dave Bullock said: “This is a really unique attraction that is going to be wandering around Preston indoor market. The activity is completely free so we urge people to come pay Eureka a visit. We will make sure Eureka is fed prior to meeting the public just in case she gets hungry. As well as Eureka the market offers value for money on an eclectic mix of sales and businesses.”

It follows a number of weird and wonderful creatures being on the Flag Market for PrestFest, the city centre nightlife festival during the Bank Holiday weekend.
