A mini round-up of new openings in Preston.
Above is recently opened CafeNDulge on Fylde Road. Firmly in the University Quarter. This smart looking new coffee shop promises delicious butties, paninis and homemade desserts including waffles, ice-cream and all kinds of milkshakes. Sounds great. Expect a review to follow.
Back open after an extended refurbishment hiatus – Kebabish Original on London Road. With table service and take-out KO is part of one of the largest and fastest growing Asian food chains in the world delivering grilled Pakistani/Indian BBQ food with a Punjabi take.
Recent comments and reviews have been good. Their lamb chops or peri peri chicken have been highlighted. Again expect our own review soon
Bucking the trend for retail clothes shop closures Designer Menswear have expanded into a brand new spangly shop inside the Fishergate Centre. They have relocated from their smaller outlet further down Fishergate, which they will close when the new store opens soon.
And, yes, another takeaway opens. However, this one found at the bottom end of Friargate has taken over the failed Momos impressive Mediterranean and Moroccan Cafe Restaurant. That place was good offering a different take on the normal take-out. Hopefully, Chill 2 Grill will offer just as good and tasty grub. We have yet to find out.
