The funeral procession is starting outside Deepdale as it then makes its way down Deepdale Road, along the Ringway and into the city centre before the service at Preston Minster at 1pm.

Councillor Peter Rankin tweeted to say the service would be sensitively filmed and shown on the big screens inside the stadium.

Fans have continued to lay tributes at The Splash statue outside Deepdale since Sir Tom passed away aged 91 on Friday 14 February.
