Two Preston schools are joining forces with a Preston university’s chamber choir.
AdvertisementPupils from Queen’s Drive Primary School in Fulwood and All Hallows Catholic High School in Penwortham are to join with 28 members of the UCLan chamber choir.
They will perform together at a concert in the Darwin building on Wednesday 5 March from 7.30pm.
Mark Goggins, Choir Director and Music Theatre Course Leader, said: “The University Chamber Choir concert has become an annual not-to-miss event within the city.
“The exuberant members are very committed and enthusiastic to showcase their vocal talents to a packed audience and they can’t wait to take to the stage alongside the three local choirs.”
Money raised from the concert goes to support the Harris Bursary Fund which helps disadvantaged students.
Tickets are available over the phone by credit or debit card, priced £9 for adults and £6 for students and children.
