Man wanted by police after indecent exposure to young girl

CCTV pictures have been released of a man wanted in connection after indecently exposing himself to a child.

The incident happened to a 7-year-old girl at the Toys R Us store at Deepdale Retail Park.

It took place at around 4.15pm on Saturday 1 February.

The girl was alone in an aisle when it took place, her father was in the store with her.

The man is described as a white, aged around 60 years old, medium build and between 5ft8-5ft10 in height.

He was wearing glasses, a black hat, dark jacket, blue jeans and boots. However he removed his glasses and hat whilst in the store revealing a bald head with a small amount of grey hair at the sides and back.

DC Danny Greene from Preston CID said: “This is clearly a concerning incident and I would appeal to anybody that recognises the man pictured in the CCTV image to contact police on 101 quoting log reference LC-20140201-0952.”
