Preston man charged over Market Hall car park graffiti

Market Hall Car Park
A 21-year-old man from Preston has been charged with shoplifting and criminal damage.
It follows numerous incidents of graffiti being sprayed on the Market Hall car park.
He is due to appear at Preston magistrates court in February.
