A man’s body was pulled from Preston Docks on Friday morning.
AdvertisementFire crews, police officers and an ambulance crew attended the city’s docklands at 8.30am to recover the man’s body from the water.
A police spokesman said there were currently no suspicious circumstances and the body had been taken to the mortuary.
Lea Police have now said the man has been identified and enquiries are ongoing with next of kin.
