Propane cylinder fire at Preston allotment

A fire engine from Preston Fire Station was called to a fire at an allotment in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The crew were alerted at 12.56am to a fire at the Blackpool Road allotments.

It involved a propane cylinder in a greenhouse.

The cylinder was destroyed and there was severe damage to the greenhouse.
