October edition of the Preston Magazine looks back at M6 construction

The latest edition of the Preston Magazine takes another walk down memory lane in the city.

Run by Penwortham resident Heather Crook the mag reaches thousands across Preston every month with its tales of yesteryear in Preston.

It includes an article about the the construction of the first stretch of the M6 near Preston and what it was like.

And a look back at what cinemas were like in the late 1800s in Preston.
