HMS Charger returns to Preston Dock

The Royal Navy’s patrol vessel HMS Charger made a return to Preston docks on Saturday.

The ship, which was adopted by Preston during the Guild celebrations returned to the City so that the crew could take part in the Remembrance Day parade at the Cenotaph on Sunday.

HMS Charger is a 68ft parol vessel weighing in at 54-ton.

These photographs were captured as the ship sailed up the River Ribble and into the docks on Saturday afternoon.
