The city council and English Heritage disagree on the cost of restoring the Bus Station

Preston Bus Station is the hot topic today as culture minister Ed Vaizey granted it grade II listed status.

The building splits Prestonian opinion down the middle, with some loving the brutalist architecture and others despising it.
