Time for our weekly look at some top things to do in and around Preston for the week ahead.
We’re publishing this on a Wednesday lunchtime so it previews the weekend coming up and also gets any cool events happening in the early part of the following week.
We pick out a selection of events we know are coming up and feature four or five of the best, and we’re always on the hunt for interesting things to do in and around the city so feel free to email us on contactus@blogpreston.co.uk with details of your event and we might feature it.
Visio at the Flights
The Harris Flights continue to be a hub of all things culture, and Bluestreak Arts will be performing their new show Visio as part of it.
The performance is based on the life of the Harris building’s architect James Hibbert.
It’s on Monday 2 September, more details here.
Seemymosque at the Flights
Another event at the Flights (sorry, but there is loads of good stuff).
Images of mosques from around the globe, and Preston, will be on display on the Flights.
More details on the exhibition which takes place on Saturday 31 August.
