The Mad Ferret will close its doors on Tuesday 27 August for a refurbishment.

The live music venue was bought by the owners of the Continental and will be dropping the ‘Mad’ from its title following the changes.

Jeremy Rowlands, co-owner of New Continental Properties, told Blog Preston earlier in August there would be a refurbishment including moving the stage to create more space for watching the bands and more of a focus on food.

The Ferret as it will become will re-open on Thursday 12 September.
