A celebration of Asian dance, food and music will take place at the end of June on Preston’s Flag Market.

The 15th Preston Mela moves from its traditional hme of Avenham Park to the Flag Market while the park continues to recover from the Guild.

The Mela is a free one-day event with food stalls, bazaars and street performances.

Workshops will take place throughout the event to give residents a chance to show their creative side.

The event will run from 11am to 6m on Sunday 30 June.
