Don’t forget today (4 May) there is a unique shopping fair and a chance to experience a little bit of retro over the weekend.

St Catherines Hospice are holding a special vintage clothing and homeware day at their shop on Walker Street in Preston. On offer are vintage clothing, accessories, and furniture plus they will be holding a retro fashion show. Tea and cakes will be available throughout the day.

The hospice shop sell good quality clothing, high quality used furniture, home textiles, bric-a-brac, books and toys at too-good-to-miss prices – and they often receive donations of things that are new or hardly used.

St Catherines Hospice also sell specialist, collectable or valuable items that have been domated via eBay as stcatherinehospice.

Most of the Hospice shops rely on donations, so if you have something spare why not take it along with you.

With over £4 million to raise this year alone to help towards the running costs of St Catherine’s Hospice, their shops and online trading activities play a vital role in helping them to help patients.

Go along, have a good rummage and bag yourself a bargain!
