Builders hard at work in the new cafe
Work is underway to get a new arts cafe in the city centre ready for opening next month.
These photos show how the builders are currently working flat out to rennovate the former office and shops into a new arts venue.
The Project Korova cafe is due to open on Saturday 25 May and the founders are promising a busy weekend of entertainment.

Sam Buist, one of the team leading the project, said a host of different artists are lining up to perform.
He said: “We plan to run a range of different nights. There will be a regular monthly night called KorovaKlectic, which will allow emerging artists to showcase new work to an audience.
“3 Will also run a range of different theatre productions from in-house shows through to touring acts and companies based around the region and beyond.”
Korova will also run regular music nights and a regular comedy night.
The plans for the building on St Wilfred Street, in the shadow of the Fishergate Baptist Church, were approved earlier this month.
The cafe will be open from 8am to 11pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with later opening until 12pm on Friday and Saturday. To begin with it won’t open on Sunday and Monday evenings.
