AdvertisementWuchiefest is the brainchild of the Mad Ferret’s Fraser Boon and Ark Preston founder Gareth Butterworth.
The festival will take place at Woodshaw Park, Aspull just outside Wigan.
Fraser and Gareth have secured the help of Aspull Rugby club and its committee member Martin Jump.
The festival will take place on Saturday 10 August and Sunday 11 August.
The two men have a track record of putting on acts who have gone on to become huge including The Vaccines, Alt-J, The Joy Formidable, Ed Sheeran, Jamie T and Frightened Rabbit.
