Preston police released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to after a man was assaulted outside a nightclub in Preston.
Between 1am and 1.30am on Sunday 3 February, a 23 year old man and his girlfriend were leaving Wilbraham Club on Geoffrey Street when a man threw a drink over the woman.
The 23 year old intervened and was punched in the face by the man, before a second man also punched and kicked him. The two men then left in a silver Audi convertible.
Both men are described as white and being in their early 20s. The first man had short, dark brown hair, with a long black coat. The second man was wearing a white baseball cap, grey and beige hooded top and air max trainers.
PC Emma Jackson said: “I would appeal to anyone who witnessed this assault to contact police and I would also urge people to come forward if they recognise any of the men captured on CCTV.”
