A reminder to watch the latest episode of Heston’s Fantastical Food show on Channel 4. The Massive Lunchbox.
As previously reported in Blog Preston Heston Blumenthal visited Preston to film a section for his new television show.
Back in October Heston popped into Mister Eaters Eating Emporium on Longridge Road to buy some fish and chips. He later visited European Freeze Dry in Preston to super freeze the fish and chips, turn them into a powder and then add as a flavouring to a giant packet of crisps.
The show, Heston’s Fantastical Food began airing on Channel 4 in November.
‘Heston celebrates the packed lunch by building a super-sized sandwich with unexpected ‘rogue’ fillings. There’s also the world’s biggest crisps and the world’s biggest KitKat.
Heston fills an entire theme park with nostalgic packed-lunch favourites and invites disillusioned lunchers on a surprise trip’.
Episode 6 of Heston’s Fantastical Food is still available to watch on the 4oD catch-up site from Channel 4.
