Police call off hunt after Ryan Townley found safe and well in Preston

UPDATE: Pleased to report Ryan Townley, the Fulwood man who went missing last week, has been found safe and well by police.

Police are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a 21 year old man who has gone missing from his home in Preston.

Ryan Townley was last seen on Wednesday 14 November 2012, his family or friends haven’t heard from him since.

He is described as white, of slim build, with short, light brown hair and was wearing a blue/green jumper with a checked pattern on the hood and dark grey tracksuit trousers with orange stripes.

Inspector David Herbert said: “It’s been a week now since Ryan went missing and we just want to know he is ok.

“If anybody has seen or spoke to Ryan in the past week then I would urge them to contact police.

“I would also appeal to Ryan directly to let us and his family know that he is safe and well.”
