Chef Heston Blumenthal films at European Freeze Dry in Preston

Heston Blumenthal visited European Freeze Dry in Preston on Monday 8th October in order to film part of his new series which starts airing in November on Channel 4.

European Freeze Dry, freeze drys meals under their Mountain House brand and were chosen by Heston to freeze dry a range of takeaways for his new series. But you’ll have to watch the programme to see what the results were.

Heston also filmed at Mister Eaters Eating Emporium on Longridge Road

It is beleived this is part of a Channel 4 six part series with Heston Blumenthal through Betty TV and Blumenthal’s own production company Snail Porridge Productions. The series is reportedly called Feeding the 5000.

Betty, the production company behind the show makes modern and factual television series which have included The Big Food Fight, Freaky Eaters and Country House Rescue
