After being denied access the man has proceeded to punch the 29 year old bus driver once to the left hand side of his face before leaving the bus.

The offender is described as being white and around 20 years old. He was dressed all in black with several face piercings and was carrying a red BMX bike.

PC 3890 Russ Lamping said: “Fortunately the bus driver was not injured but I would urge anyone that thinks they recognise the man in the CCTV image to call Lancashire Police on 101 quoting crime reference DA1202775.”
