Nick Park will take questions from the audience during his Guild conversation session
One of Preston’s most famous sons will return to the city for a special event at the Guild.
Wallace and Gromit creator Nick Park is due to be in the hotseat for a question and answer session with fans.
Park, an Oscar-winning animator, will take questions on his inspirations, childhood in Preston and his career to date.
The sessions – called Conversations in Creativity – will also include poet and playwright Lemn Sissay and Accrington-born author Jeanette Winterson.

The Park and Sissay conversations are hosted by Dave Haslam, legendary Hacienda DJ and now a journalist and author.
The 90-minute sessions take place in the Spiegel Tent in Miller Park from Monday 3 September.
Nick Park is first up on the Monday, Lemn Sissay on the Tuesday and Jeanette Winterson on the Wednesday.
Tickets are £6-9 in advance, concessions are £5-7. On the door tickets are £7-£10. Tickets can be bought at the Guild Hall box office or on the Preston Guild Hall website.
