The opening shows the sun passing over over Preston City Centre and features The Splash, Avenham Park graffiti and a train ride through the countryside around Preston.

The Bus Station makes a central appearance as well as Avenham Park in its summer glory.

The Global Rainbow that took place on the docks leads the night time sequence alongside the Christmas lights and Preston market.

We first wrote about the project back in October, it was set up independently by Matt Stanton, and his idea is to create a feature film that features Preston’s landscapes, heritage and residents. Stanton hopes that he’ll have many filmmakers contributing towards the project, each submitting brief segments that reflect various aspects of the city.
