This week’s Preston in the Picture is a bit different to my normal inputs for this blog. It features Laeticia, a young Preston model using The Ship Inn’s street art wall as a background.

If you are looking for some great street art in Preston, you need look no further than the Ship Inn on Fylde Road. The side wall at the pub, which stands close to the University, has for years been a canvas for a constantly changing display of art work, some admittedly better than others. There even seems to be a dedicated following on the photo-sharing site Flickr where the variety of styles has been recorded in its very own Flickr Group called ‘The Ship Inn and Preston’s Street Art’.
