Preston haulage firm plan to demolish and re-build Deepdale offices

A Preston firm selling haulage vehicles around the world are set to demolish and re-build their head office in the city.

MM Acquisitions will knock down the offices on Deepdale Mill Street and create a larger, more sustainable and hi-tech office space.

The firm, who have been trading for 15 years, say they have outgrown their current offices.

It will also include a new car park for staff and visitors, who currently have to share the HGV parking area.

The full plans are available on the council website. Anyone wishing to make comments should do so by Saturday 2nd June and by email to devcon@preston.gov.uk – and quote reference 06/2012/0347.
