The city’s popular Lancashire Market will return this Easter.

The market, which is held three times a year, has attracted over 180,000 people into the city centre when its held.

Companies offering the best in local produce will take over Friargate on Saturday 7th April.

The April market will feature a new stall from Heysham based Goody Good Stuff who produce sweets which are vegetarian, vegan, kosher and halal friendly – and have even been featured on Opray Winfrey’s website.

The market, organised by the Preston Business Improvement District (BID) who promote business in the city, is free to attend and runs from 10am to 5pm.
