A chance for photographers to come together in the city is being organised for next weekend.

The Preston flickr group – which powers the photo boxes on the frontpage of Blog Preston – will be meeting on Sunday 17th April.

The group, which gives the chance for anyone to take photos of Preston, is one anyone interested in photography should be part of.

Using the free photo service Flickr photos of the city can be uploaded for all to see.

The meeting is due to take place at 9am at Cafe Nero on Friargate.
