The Continental still has a few places left on their two day ‘No Drama’ workshop, starting tomorrow.

It gives 11-16 year olds the chance to create their own piece of theatre from concept to performance, with the help of an experienced performer and director, Sam Buist.

Participants create their piece in a small group and then get to  direct, act and produce it, deciding what technical devices or techniques can add an exciting edge and develop their skills. Those who take part will also be able to  take away a DVD of their performance and photographs too.

Cost is £28 for 2 day workshop.

If you want to take part, please contact info@theyeatculture.org for further information.

Also on offer is an opportunity for tech-savvy young writers.

They Eat Culture are looking for young bloggers to contribute to and host the Young Creatives Blog.

It’s a great opportunity for you to gain writing and reviewing experience and put something impressive on your CV. Or you can upload filmed reviews and interviews to the blog – there are loads of ways to be creative.

Be a mouthpiece for Young Creatives! Share your creative genius whether it’s songwriting, filmmaking, making clothes, poetry, or drama – or anything! They Eat Culture will provide you with opportunities to get involved with the creative community. Get in touch by emailing info@theyeatculture.org
