Ben Wallace election leaflet uploaded to The Straight ChoiceElection leaflets are dive bombing through letter boxes all over Preston as the general election looms close, but who keeps an eye on this publicity?

All the main parties are taking pot shots at each other, the slurs, the promises and the cheesy grins. It’s all there in black and white, or more likely glossy colour.

The Straight Choice is a website that allows you to upload leaflets that come through your door. It can pick up subtle changes on what the parties are promoting and creates a record of what candidate’s are saying.

Here’s what has been coming through the door in Preston constituencies:

South Ribble

Wyre and Preston North

Errr, nothing? No one has uploaded any leaflets for the Preston constituency. If you’ve had one through your letterbox, snap a photo and you can upload it via The Straight Choice.

What do you think about the leaflets you’ve had? Do you think election leaflets do impact on the way you vote? Let us know in the comments below.
